Our garments are crafted from premium-quality italian wool — a natural, luxurious fiber known for its softness, durability, and ability to regulate temperature. To preserve the beauty and structure of your piece for years to come, we recommend the following care guidelines:

– Dry clean only. Wool is delicate and should be entrusted to professional cleaning services to avoid shrinkage or distortion.

– Air between wears. Allow your coat to breathe between uses. Hang it in a well-ventilated space away from direct sunlight.

– Store mindfully. Use a wide wooden or padded hanger to maintain shape. During the off-season, store in a breathable garment bag (never plastic).

– Avoid frequent cleaning. Italian wool doesn’t require constant washing. Spot-clean minor stains gently with a damp cloth.

– Keep away from heat and friction. Avoid placing your wool garment near radiators or rough surfaces that can cause pilling.

Wool is a living material — the better you treat it, the longer it will stay timeless.

We accept returns within 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

To request a return, contact us at contact@amedare.com within 14 days. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization using a trackable service.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Please note:

Our drops are scheduled in limited batches. Once an order is confirmed, fabric and production capacity are reserved for the upcoming batch.

- 24-hour grace window: You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Refunds in this window are issued to the original payment method less the non-refundable payment processing cost charged to us by the payment provider (e.g., approx. 1.5% + fixed fee). Alternatively, we can issue a full-value store credit valid for 12 months.

- After 24 hours and before dispatch: Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted. In exceptional cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

- After dispatch: Returns follow our Refund/Return Policy (and any statutory rights that apply).

- Payment processing costs apply only to customer-initiated cancellations prior to dispatch and do not apply where law requires a full refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

-Order integrity: We may limit or decline orders from accounts with repeated last-minute cancellations.
