At Âme Dare, we strive to provide you with exceptional quality and service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below. This policy applies to all purchases made through www.amedare.com and complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and relevant Polish consumer protection laws.
1.1 ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

You may request a refund for eligible products purchased directly from www.amedare.com within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging attached.

Made-to-order and custom items are produced especially for you. However, your statutory rights for return and refund within the EU (including for made-to-order products) remain, unless otherwise specified by law.
1.2. Order Cancellation — Change of Mind (Pre-Production)
Our drops are scheduled in limited batches. Once an order is confirmed, fabric and production capacity are reserved for the upcoming batch.

24-hour grace window: You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Refunds in this window are issued to the original payment method less the non-refundable payment processing cost charged to us by the payment provider (e.g., approx. 1.5% + fixed fee). Alternatively, we can issue a full-value store credit valid for 12 months.

After 24 hours and before dispatch: Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted. In exceptional cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

After dispatch: Returns follow our Refund/Return Policy (and any statutory rights that apply).

Payment processing costs apply only to customer-initiated cancellations prior to dispatch and do not apply where law requires a full refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Order integrity: We may limit or decline orders from accounts with repeated last-minute cancellations.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Please provide your order number and reason for the refund request.

We will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
Please note: We may require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) and photos of the item before authorizing a return.
3. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Returned items must be sent to the address provided in your return instructions.

Please Note: We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or not refunded.
4. INSPECTION & PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the return.

Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item).
5. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us at contact@amedare.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that are worn, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging are not eligible for refund.
