These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and the purchase of products offered by ÂME DARE (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

3. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or photography.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in case of errors in product information, insufficient stock, or suspected fraud).

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. The contract is concluded when we dispatch your items and send you a shipping confirmation email.

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at contact@amedare.com. After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in the currency selected on the Website and include applicable VAT (where relevant) but exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

  • Payment methods are provided at checkout. All payments are processed securely via reputable payment service providers. We do not store full payment card details.

  • Any bank fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Discounts and promotional codes are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

5. DELIVERY

  • We ship worldwide, subject to the delivery options and countries available at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, courier delays).

  • Delivery costs and times are shown at checkout.

  • Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • You have the right to return products purchased on our Website within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at contact@amedare.com and follow our returns instructions. We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting these criteria.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items, via the original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty or incorrect products.

7. ACCOUNTS AND PERSONAL DATA

  • Participation in any promotion or competition does not create an employment or partnership relationship with Âme Dare.

  • Special offers, loyalty programs, and competitions may be subject to separate terms and conditions. In case of conflict, specific terms prevail.

  • Participation is voluntary and may be limited or withdrawn at our discretion.
