Shipping Policy

At ÂME DARE, each piece is carefully crafted for you. This Shipping Policy explains our production and shipping process for orders placed on www.amedare.com.
This policy applies to all purchases made on www.amedare.com and is governed by Polish and EU consumer law.
1. PRODUCTION TIME
All ÂME DARE pieces are crafted to order and released in limited batches. Once your payment is confirmed, your piece enters production and is finished with a full quality check. Please allow up to 14 days for your piece to be carefully crafted and shipped.
Production times are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods. Customers will be notified if any delay occurs.
2. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Once your item has been crafted and passed final inspection, it is packed and handed over to the courier service within 1–2 business days.

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that dispatch times are separate from production times.
3. SHIPPING METHODS, CARRIERS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped via one of the following trusted courier companies: UPS, DHL, or DPD, depending on your shipping destination.

Poland & EU countries:
Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Express shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after dispatch

International (outside EU):
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Express shipping (if available): 2–5 business days after dispatch
Please note: Estimated delivery times do not include production time. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as customs procedures or local courier operations may extend delivery.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen shipping method. Free shipping offers, if available, will be shown on the Website. For the UK and other non-EU destinations, the exact amount is assessed by the destination country’s customs authorities and may vary depending on local rules (and may include carrier handling/clearance fees).
Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are not included in product prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.
5. ORDER TRACKING
All orders are shipped with tracking via UPS, DHL, or DPD.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Tracking updates are managed by the courier; ÂME DARE cannot influence scan times or tracking accuracy
6. DELIVERY & ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Âme Dare is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once an order is shipped, address changes cannot be made. Please verify details carefully before confirming your order.

If a delivery fails and the package is returned, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional fees may apply).
7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and ask the courier to record the damage. If you notice damage after receipt, contact us at contact@amedare.com within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and product.
8. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at contact@amedare.com as soon as possible.
Once production has started, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once in progress.
Please note: Orders already in production or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation or changes.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, etc.).
10. Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, etc.).
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier. Replacement or refund will be provided once the investigation confirms the loss.
