Dune Trench Coat is cut from premium cotton gabardine and finished with a breathable Italian lining. To keep its line, softness, and structure for years, we recommend the following:

— Clean only when needed

A trench doesn’t require frequent cleaning. For a full refresh, we recommend professional cleaning to preserve the garment’s shape and finish.

— Spot-clean first

For small marks, blot gently with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid rubbing. If needed, use a mild cleanser and always test on an inside seam first.

— Air between wears

Hang your trench after wearing and let it breathe in a well-ventilated space, away from direct sunlight.

— Brush for dust

A soft natural-bristle garment brush helps remove dust and keeps the fabric looking crisp.

— Steam to restore the silhouette

Light steaming is the gentlest way to release folds and travel creases. If pressing is needed, use low to medium heat with a pressing cloth.

— If it gets wet

Dune is not water-repellent. If it becomes damp, let it air-dry naturally. Keep away from radiators and direct heat.

— Store with intention

Use a wide wooden or padded hanger to support the shoulders. In the off-season, store in a breathable garment bag (never plastic), in a cool, dry place.

—Protect the lining

Avoid soaking and never tumble-dry—heat and agitation can distort both the outer fabric and lining.

We accept returns within 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

To request a return, contact us at contact@amedare.com within 14 days. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization using a trackable service.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Please note:

Our drops are scheduled in limited batches. Once an order is confirmed, fabric and production capacity are reserved for the upcoming batch.

- 24-hour grace window: You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Refunds in this window are issued to the original payment method less the non-refundable payment processing cost charged to us by the payment provider (e.g., approx. 1.5% + fixed fee). Alternatively, we can issue a full-value store credit valid for 12 months.

- After 24 hours and before dispatch: Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted. In exceptional cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

- After dispatch: Returns follow our Refund/Return Policy (and any statutory rights that apply).

- Payment processing costs apply only to customer-initiated cancellations prior to dispatch and do not apply where law requires a full refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

-Order integrity: We may limit or decline orders from accounts with repeated last-minute cancellations.
